A Review of The 2nd Penang Strategic Development Plan (PSDP2)

Objective : The Penang Forum aims to foster meaningful discussion on the progress of the state of Penang. The PSDP 2 was formulated to guide the development of Penang through a ten year period (2001 - 2010) of anticipated threats and opportunities. This Forum was essentially a mid-term review of the PSDP 2.
